Hyper Pure Ceramics backs up all products with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects purchased from https://hyperpureceramics.com

Normal wear and tear is not covered under the Hyper Pure Ceramics warranty.

Returns for products without any manufacturer defects may be processed if returned in a like-new, and unused, condition less the cost of shipping.

 

Hyper Pure Ceramics will gladly accept defective merchandise for return. Customized goods are only eligible for a return in the case of a defect. Please allow 1 week for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.


RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Hyper Pure Ceramics accepts returns up to 30 days from the time it was purchased.
1. Email us and request the required RMA # for your return: help@hyperpureceramics.com
2. Request a return label.
3. Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging and adhere your return shipping label and your RMA # to the outside of the package. Please ensure no other shipping labels are visible.

You can send merchandise back to us at the address below using your own shipping method. You are responsible for all tracking information and insurance. Hyper Pure Ceramics is not liable for return shipments that don't include our return shipping label. RMA # is still required if you use your own shipping method. All other policies apply.

DAMAGED & MISSING MERCHANDISE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER 
1. Prior to signing receipt of your shipment, carefully inspect the box or boxes for any damage. If you see damage you must mark the delivery receipt accordingly. It is recommended to take pictures of the outside of the box and the inside of the box. Then unpack the contents to ensure there is no concealed damage or missing items.
2. Gather the following documentation:
• Hyper Pure Ceramics Order Number
• Freight Tracking Number
• Photographs and description of damage
